The hotel offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate the New Year. The central location of the hotel was great, close to popular attractions and public transportation. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.

The staff was inattentive and didn't address our concerns promptly. The hotel lacked sufficient soundproofing, leading to a disturbed sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms.

Rooms in the premium section are well equipped with useful amenities and minimalist design. Great location with access to train and bus stations and all tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff with good breakfast options. Convenient luggage storage facility. Electric sensor lights are a thoughtful touch for families with children.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The restaurant looked nice, but we opted to dine elsewhere due to the proximity of other dining options. The cookhouse where we had dinner was lovely, with a warm and modern decor. The food was good, and the atmosphere was comfortable.

The room I had was exceptionally spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being close to train tracks, the room was surprisingly quiet. Additionally, the fridge in the room was an added bonus, and the staff's availability was commendable. a great experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was immaculate and the staff were really good. We were even given a free room upgrade upon arrival. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the restaurant served delicious food. We felt taken care of.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city centre that was in close proximity to excellent transport links. This place also offered service such as car hire and 24-hour room service, making my stay much more comfortable. The amenities were also well maintained, and I appreciated the balcony and turndown service. Despite the staff not having much experience in hospitality, the manager was always there to help with anything I needed.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to stay in the city centre.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the perfect location just across from the Train Station, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The hotel facilities were excellent and the breakfast was great too. We also loved that it was conveniently located just 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the Spire and there were many transportation options available, including the local train to Howth Village.

I stayed in a hotel near all the shopping areas adjacent to the train station which made it convenient for sightseeing. The restaurant off the side had a variety of dishes that were new to me, unlike other cafes in the area with similar menus. The room was well-decorated with modern furniture, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The hotel staff provided excellent service and breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay that allowed me access to the rooftop lounge.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a Club Room and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and modern, with a fantastic bathroom that had both a shower and a bath. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and directly across from the Connolly train station. This made it very convenient for exploring Dublin and taking day trips. The restaurant on site served superb food and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. we were very impressed with the service and the cleanliness of this place and would definitely recommend it to others.
